I’ve been obsessed with Maria Menounos’s book “The Everygirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness.”
As a celebrity who lost weight and got fit the healthy, plastic surgery-free way, she is extremely inspirational. Menounos also provides advice for weight loss in her book. One of the tips she gives is to drink hot or lukewarm water with lemon first thing in the morning and then again in the evening before bed.
Now, this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of fitness buffs drinking hot water and lemon frequently, but it is the first time I looked into it for myself and was amazed by the health benefits.I’ve always been pleased with the results I’ve gotten by trying it out for the past week.
