I’m your host Jay Cortes and I am your co-host Marina Gonzalez and it is November 5th a Tuesday 2024 and today is a special day because it is Elections Day and here at the United States of America it’s kind of a big deal Elections Day it happens every four years and I brought a guest on to give us some more information about it I feel like he would be qualified more qualified than I for sure to talk about the subject could you please introduce yourself yeah my name is Anthonio Reyes I’m the vice president of legislative affairs here at CSUB ASI I’m your student representative and this season we’ve been working on excuse me this semester we’ve been working on election season and just trying to get out the vote and making sure that students are registered and and staying informed about the things that they’re voting on nice so just cover to cover like your day-to-day how how do you say it’s different right now that it’s a elections time like you’re saying election season then a regular day where it’s not necessarily Elections Day well you can see a lot of activity on campus today we’ve got a lot of we’ve got a ballot box in front of the Student Union and so we’re seeing a lot of community members coming onto campus and using that to to vote which we think is an amazing thing the ballot box was installed last semester that wasn’t near the previous administration Taylor Thomas the previous vice president of legislative affairs she got that done with the county and made sure that students had a spot on campus to drop off their ballots and and there was something I want to mention to elections happen every two years every presidential elections happen every four years yeah so make sure you do vote even on the off years yeah it’s super important see there you go that shows how little I know that’s why we got you here so definitely correct that I have seen the ballot box next to the runner cafe and what’s weird is like normally I feel like it’s ignored like it just sits there and then today or yesterday I was like going to the parking lot and I’m like whoa why is it so active right here and it’s like oh people are actually dropping off ballots like normally I just it just sits there you know yeah and so we’ve been super excited with the usage as of last week there was 1,200 people that had already used the ballot box we expect that number to skyrocket between yesterday and tonight the ballot box and polls close today at 8 p.m. so if you haven’t yet you still have a chance to do that today but for us mean the biggest thing is just having accessibility for students we want to eliminate those barriers for students in voting it’s their chance to make their voice heard and so removing those barriers is super important yeah of course so so we obviously got into the win and that’s today is a elections day but it’s a special a special election because it’s a presidential one as well and you’re mentioning that there’s every two so this also includes like council people as well right people from the Senate yeah so this is gonna include everything from your president down to your local Board of Trustees so if you are you know depending on where you live you’re gonna be voting on school board members can be a college community trustee members you’re gonna be voting on City Council members and then depending on which district you live in you’re gonna be voting on your current County Supervisor your county supervisors as well and so it’s just super important that you’re paying attention to what’s on your ballot because it’s not just the presidency and it’s not just you know the national politics it’s not just Congress or Senate it’s all that local stuff that matters who’s funding our schools who’s funding our streets who’s creating the power dynamics in their communities all that stuff matters but it starts with their with their vote if you’re not voting the decisions are gonna be made with or without you you know I mean so you have to make sure that your voice is there now Lisa you can say I did my part you know you can go to sleep at peace at night all right so that’s what you’re voting for you’re voting for the community at large really it’s bigger than well it’s actually more localized mm-hmm than just the presidency it’s you want to think bigger than yourself but smaller than a national scale right what it would how is this affecting my neighbors how is this affecting my family right like all that stuff this the decisions that the that the president make makes is not gonna affect you for years right if legislation gets passed you know that’s gonna take two three years before it trickles down and finally starts affecting people at home but local elections your city council members your board of trustee members all that stuff they make a decision and you’re gonna see that probably overnight they fun like when our streets get fixed who gets appointed to boards and that sort of thing so super impactful and super immediate implications yeah and like you’re mentioning that stuff is visual because if you see a district where the potholes get covered immediately and then there might be a district where you see the same pothole all week and it takes a while to get filled that stuff is visual yep and so you want to make sure that those discrepancies aren’t happening in your community if your community is suffering and you see other parts of your city that are not suffering quite as much investigate it ask your legislators why hold them accountable that’s what we’re here for okay so as far as the how like let’s say I’m a last-minute like I just saw the hype and I’m just now seeing that maybe this is kind of a big deal so is there like last-minute ways because I know you get your mail-in ballot is there kind of last-minute ways where you can get your vote in and get a ballot of course so luckily we do live in a state that does allow same-day ballots so unfortunately if you are coming from a state and you’re not a California resident and you’re coming from a state that doesn’t allow that you’re kind of out of luck but if you are a California resident or you’re voting from a state that does allow same-day voting there’s something called provisional voting and what that happens is you’ll go to the polling site you’ll fill out this ballot and it’s called the provisional voting and they’re gonna just take that make sure it matches with records like your driver’s license and making sure that you exist as a person and you’re not you know a fake voter and then they’ll take your vote that day but that’s called a provisional vote so there’s just a little bit more steps in the process your votes gonna take a little bit longer to get counted but you can register same day and yeah today’s the last day because the last day to register online was October 21st Wow so there so I always have to be registered if you have your ID right like a driver’s license aren’t you automatically no not automatically so that’s why I encourage students to check I don’t know if you guys got a chance to go out to some of our booths while we were out here tabling we were always like check your registration and then just update your registration because there can always be issues like if people didn’t receive their ballots that’s a sign there’s something wrong with your registration right and so just making sure that information is up to date because you know things happen okay and going along with like the last minute let’s say I’m kind of undecided I may be even undecided on the fact if I should vote like I’m losing trust in my government I’m kind of seeing a lot of things fall apart and not really seeing things as being positive like why should I go out there like well if if any like why should I feel confidence that if I do say something and vote and put my ballot in that you know there’s gonna be results right well I’ve actually had a few conversations with students that had this kind of sentiment and you know look like luckily they were willing to have a conversation but I think for me the first thing that I noticed was like so you care the fact that you understand it is a problem shows me that you care about your community so that’s point number one two if you care about your community what are you gonna do about it because of the alternative to not voting is doing nothing and I don’t think that’s really beneficial to anybody and so those are the two points I try to like hit home one I know you care and two what are you gonna do about it mm-hmm okay awesome and anything last minute for elections that you might want to say while we have the while you have the time and the platform yeah voting is the one time that you’re gonna be equally represented by everybody else in your community perhaps not you know with the Electoral College perhaps not for the presidential elections but definitely for your local ones I mean decisions are elected local elected officials are typically decided within a couple hundred votes can you imagine if if the person you wanted didn’t get elected and it was decided by you know three or four votes you could have gotten some family members to go do that and then you know you your community might be in a different place so just understanding that your vote does count it adds up we are not just one single number when you work together it comes together and Marina do you have any questions I don’t know I don’t think so yeah Marina’s not really the political type me neither honestly but I do feel like it is like a responsibility and we are given that responsibility a lot of people don’t have that and or that freedom so it is something to take into account and to consider so yeah I appreciate having you here and taking a time to explain to the people and the runners specifically students that are a little like undecided and they see a lot of turmoil going on and you know maybe they feel like their vote doesn’t count but I’m glad they have a positive outlook on it and I feel like it takes a lot of people to have that outlook to make a positive change or else like you’re saying nothing’s gonna happen cuz you’re just gonna stand by and watch you know so thank you and that was our elections section here on the runner on air all right thank you and back to our regularly scheduled programming of the runner archive and we are looking at Thursday November 5th 1981 and the cover is a headline is AS executive committee completed goal set but the more interesting one below is valley fever vaccine project plan talks about a project in the 1978 study where 450 cases oh well this one says that 450 cases occurred in 1970 of the valley fever the project says that over the years is cost the Kern County like medical bills wise 1 million dollars a year to cover the valley fever costs and since inception of the valley fever vaccine project in 1980 the plans would be a three-year study with 1900 Kern County citizens having participated in the program however only 700 of those citizens were eligible for the immunization program and in order to be eligible you had to participate in a volunteer program and between the ages of 18 and 55 I’m not sure if there’s currently a vaccine so I’m not sure if they were successful with that one yeah I don’t know if there are any like vaccines for valley fever or hay fever I think it’s the same but but you know what because the con the conditions here in Kern County you know they’re the air quality it’s always horrible and people are always suffering from any kind of sickness or allergies including me because I have our I’ve really bad allergies that act up all the time yeah it’s the dust yeah yeah cuz the air quality here it’s just so bad but but on days when it rains that really helps clear the air yeah so that was 1981 and in the same newspaper we have a funny comic of a guy with one leg and a set of textbooks and it says who can afford to pay an arm and a leg for education and it talks about the rising cost of tuition but I’m pretty sure tuition probably back then in 1981 it was like $200 oh yeah I mean it tuition for Cal State back then was probably a little bit cheaper but over the years the tuition has gone up so badly so yeah tuition here at Cal State it’s so cost it’s still gonna cost you an arm and a leg all right and I also noticed a article where they have a campus voice and they asked students how they felt about finals but it’s interesting because it says that there’s three weeks left in the quarter system I guess back in 1981 we used to be on a quarter system now we’re currently on a semester system so it says that students are not preparing they’re still at midterms and not one person was really studying one person said I usually camp out at the library the only person that looked like they’re studying wrestling season was off to an impressive start in 1981 which I think currently wrestlers are off to a good start as well and there’s a construction of a rhesus monkey skeleton and that was 1981 so jumping forward to November 5th 2008 we have a CSUB implements new alert system as the headline and it talks about a recent shooting mass shooting in Virginia Tech and how now we need an alert system similar that alerts students through text message or email all different types of like digital medias so they send out mass emails put flyers around campus and make sure the incoming freshman transfer students are signing up for this program the CSUB alert system and I guess it’s linked to your my CSUB account and it is called blackboard connect and it sends an alert electronic alert campus-wide through blackboard connect which promises to contact everyone within seconds of an emergency the electronic system alerts faculty staff and students by sending voicemails to cells or house phones sending text messages to cell phones and email students can provide the system with multiple numbers including their significant others parents and family contacts and I’ve actually seen it used I think they did a test this semester right where we got a text or in a phone call that yeah they did something like that but it wasn’t for an active shooter it was for the earthquake test oh yeah the big shake or something like that right yeah but I think that but I think now they have they do so I think what they do now today in case if there is like an active shooter emergency on a college campus I think Cal State does have that program where they will send out a text or voicemail to alert people about an active shooter on campus yeah I think it’s different now it does the same thing but I think it’s I don’t think it’s blackboard connect because I remember getting a text message but I don’t think it said blackboard connect during that like that great shakeout yeah it said this is a test of the CSUB alert notice emergency notification system this is only a test thank you yeah it is the alert system I guess it it might still be the blackboard connect not sure but this is from 2008 oh yeah well that was back then when technology was starting to become a lot more bigger and then eventually evolved into the creation of like iPhones and iPads and all that yeah speaking of which we have what’s on your CSUB playlist so it says technology can make anything possible it seems the world has come a long way since clock radios and automatic cars we’ve also come a long way since tape decks and portable CD players the most popular gadget out right now in the market is the Apple iPod the iPod has come a long way from its original iPod that was black and white and didn’t have many of the functions describes a new iPod touch so the new iPod touch was out around this time with a few taps it creates a playlist and you can find your song in your library and it’s all together in one place and somebody says they have the first-generation iPod Nano sophomore Cami Cortez it’s funny it’s my last name it seems so old compared to the new ones out right now the iPod allows you to take your whole music collection and it mentions what kind of music she’s into so let’s see it says I listen to a lot of mainstream music and I like to listen to a lot of 90s like old genuine usher I like old mystical and DMX songs and I listen to a lot of R&B and hip-hop and some pop sporting a second-generation pink iPod Nano Barajas has too many artists so somebody else’s playlist she said that her favorites are Jack Johnson the Academy Cobra Starship gym class heroes the cab cute is what we aim for never heard of them the Beatles and Kate Vogel and it also says that you could watch full-length movies in your iPod touch and let’s see some another student a senior Mohammed Khan says that he likes to watch movies such as Iron Man the fifth element the Forbidden Kingdom on my iPod so what do you listen to on your iPod right now well it’s your iPhone I guess well yeah today music is now listened on iPhones more but you know back then the iPods were becoming more and more popular with Apple and stuff I actually did I think for like my 12th or maybe or maybe it was my 10th birthday party I can’t remember but for a birthday present my grandparents gave me a little iPod Nano it has like a small yeah it has a small touchscreen and it has the home button on the front mm-hmm and yeah that and I still have it I actually still use it to this day yeah my little sister had one of the black skinny Nanos and then I had the color one that was like baby powder blue I think it’s called the iPod mini maybe but yeah I said I got an iPod for one of my birthdays years ago and I still have it to this day I still use it but it’s only you always so have an iPod I still I still kept the iPod I still kept the iPod over these all these years songs hold um it only holds about maybe the the storage space is about maybe 17 gigs I think like 16 16 about 16 gigs but yeah it’s only for it’s only for purchased music like music that you buy off of iTunes yeah that’s what it only accepts yeah I remember I used to get those gift cards for Christmas like the iTunes gift cards and I bought do you remember Rob & Big it was on MTV it was like a skateboarder I didn’t watch too much MTV growing up when I was younger yeah I bought the season of that one it was funny and then a few CDs but yeah I remember I used to get those iTunes gift cards you could buy the whole CD or you could buy like one song at a time yeah so now everything’s streaming so yeah yeah everything’s streaming now but the music I like to listen to all the time I listen to hard rock heavy metal classic rock I do like to listen to some early some very popular music that were from like the early 2000s bands like Evanescence Linkin Park Nickelback somebody mentioned Linkin Park on here oh yeah Maroon 5 as well Maroon 5 never really listened to them that much there are some 90s music that I do like to listen to as well but I also like to list to um you know like Latin like Latin Mexican music like Selena oh yeah yeah thank you everyone likes because I grew up listening to Selena yeah everyone likes Selena I like making music too it’s fun all right so let’s see what do we have the runner on the street in this year it is a 2008 once again and the runner on the street asks what is one thing you hope that would be accomplished in the next presidential term so Scott Porter a senior in religious studies says he would like to handle the economic crisis Matt Philhar a senior in political science says get us out of the wrong wars and Chris Rossetti a sophomore in pre-engineering says things change and the economy gets better Juan Arellano a sophomore in pre-engineering says stop the budget cuts and fix the economy so what do you think Marina what do you what do you hope happens after this election before the next you know within the next four years I do hope like the cost for housing does go down a bit yeah that is a major factor inflation and the cost of housing I feel like that’s like a major factor in this year’s election yeah cuz man the how the prices for housing and rent it’s so bad yeah and it’s probably one of the reasons why people are moving out of California because the housing markets are better in other states oh yeah for sure a lot of people move out of state different states tough part about that is I feel like if you’re used to like a California way of things it might be tough to go to another state where they don’t necessarily have that same type of culture even though it’s cheaper like you know the culture might be different there than what you’re used to all right so jumping to November 5th 2014 the cover is a candle lighting a number of students gather to form a candle heart on October 29th to honor Los Ortiz a CSUB student and just a warning out there of this this does talk about suicide so the student committed suicide was a 19 year old Los Ortiz a Kappa Sigma fraternity member and CSUB student who died of suicide on October 27th according to the Kern County Coroners and the Greek community came out in large numbers to support their friend and fellow student as the devastating news was talked about I remembered Ortiz together or Ortiz brought the large number of people together and so this led to suicide education and prevention and during the memorial and it also mentions an article that suicide is the second leading cause of death among college students and we have to become suicide aware and suicide is the most preventable cause of death that there is and so it shows pictures of that candle lighting and along with it an article from one of the news editors which talks about depression being common among students and yeah with everything going on with school being so tough and expensive it does get hard and I feel like a lot of there’s a lot of pressure on students from themselves from their family to try to achieve as much as they can and you know a lot of these students just graduated so they’re really young and that kind of pressure it could take a lot on you so if you need like help definitely we have counselors that can that can help and friends and family as well you know speak up so mental health is not something to take lightly and along with this article I mean with this newspaper there’s also an article below which headlines renowned author delivers speech on immigration reform and it’s interesting because immigration reform is kind of a hot topic right now as well going on with the current elections and it says that immigration reform is a true test for the United States how does a great nation rise to a moment like this and how will arise to the level of humanities that required that’s required of us and those are the questions that were talked about in this discussion and immigration reform is seen as more of like a positive way I’ve heard of the term like mass deportation and that’s also a form of immigration reform but not really because it’s not really reform it’s more like criminalization so it’s interesting to see that back in 2014 I’m not sure who was president at that time but it’s interesting to see them talk about refer immigration reform rather than mass deportation and along with on this front page we also have an athletics article which mentions the home game attendance is among the worst in the conference and our conference is the Big West so I’m not sure if you’re familiar Marina but we’re a division one school like NCAA for men and women’s and we’re part of the Big West so like Hawaii is in our division and a lot of other Cal States like Fullerton San Bernardino have you ever been to any of the sporting events here now because I never because I’m not super into sports I don’t really pay that pay that much attention to it I mean I don’t mind going I don’t mind if my mom takes me to a Dodgers game or anything I mean I’ve been to a few games before but yeah but still I don’t really pay attention to sports other than sports entertainment wrestling like WWE that’s it yeah see come on you’re the reason that we got the worst attendance in the conference how’s that my fault I’m just kidding this from 2014 it wouldn’t be your fault but still I don’t see attendance being that high I guess people don’t really have like the school spirit for sports on campus it’s kind of tough to find some school spirit around here yeah probably so runner on a street is also mentioned this year and we have the question should stores start Black Friday on Thanksgiving or should employees have that time off to be with their families so Brianna Ross says I think it depends on the individual person if they choose to work on Black Friday then they choose to work or they have a choice to be with their family and Devin Kurtz senior engineering says it depends because some people don’t have families here so if I had a job in retail I wouldn’t mind working Black Friday because I don’t have family and big and it’s all Kalima a freshman and liberal study says I think they should be able to have time to spend with their families I mean at Thanksgiving they should be with their family enjoying the time not they’re working so what do you think Marina yeah I definitely agree because I mean Thanksgiving and Christmas these are the times to you know get to spend time with your family because and also to be with any family that may live out of state and you don’t get to see very often that’s why you shouldn’t I don’t think you should really be working on the holidays you really need to take a day off to just go have dinner and just be around family but if there are people who don’t have family where they’re living at and probably and their family probably lives at a state then I guess if they want to work then that’s probably up to them yeah I agree it’s like the whole meaning of Thanksgiving is to be with your family and like together eating I mean a lot of people seem like if they don’t have a family then they’d rather work but I mean everyone has like I know that’s kind of depressing yeah it does sound a little depressing I mean if you’re if you don’t have family in the same town where you’re living where you’re currently living at then yeah then you basically just could you basically can just do whatever you want on the holidays yeah I just think it’s things for people that would prefer to be with their family and they got stuck at work because they had to be I’m sure there are people that would prefer to work like workaholics that just don’t want to take a day off but yeah it seems like like when I was working retail I would always have to be working Black Friday it’s like I much prefer to be at home I can know it’s kind of seemed like I didn’t really have a choice like if you got scheduled that day you had to go that day yeah that’s why I yeah that’s why I’m glad I never got a job in retail while going to school I think it was just better that way yeah I always did retail because I liked clothing so I wanted to get discounts on clothes but like food I never worked food because that just seemed way too stressful no I that I never did fast food either because I also can’t deal with rude customers either oh yeah I mean either yeah I would get fired yeah me too all right so this next article I had showed you it does deal with kind of explicit content but I mean it got published so I’m just gonna say there was a glory hole in the bathroom stall for anonymous oral sex and it has a picture of it so the glory hole is shown with a picture on the fourth floor of the Walter Stein library and then it shows the picture after when they patched it with a piece of metal and it looks pretty crazy because it’s a metal hole so pretty wild stuff and it like talks about obviously like STDs that can go along with such things so definitely talk about preventing those and yeah that is an opinion editor Robin Garcia covering the glory hole that used to be on campus in 2014 and right below it it shows the Guardians of the Galaxy movie night so save the date Guardians of the Galaxy campus programming is hosting it Thursday November 6th in the multi-purpose room and have we had a movie night here yet I think that you know I think they just did a movie night last week but it was um it was a kind of like cartoons horror movies for for Halloween I think and one of them the movie that they showed was Paranorman and Monster House I love Monster House because that was one movie I would watch all the time when I was younger yeah that one’s cool because it’s kind of like scary for little kids yeah it is and students offer advice and dating advice and tips so asking a person on a date can be one of the hardest things to do you never know what the other person is going to say and you plan what you say before you say it and you think steps ahead it’s kind of like a chess game says 18 year old business administration major ivory Parker and let’s see Zola word first-year student says the best way to know if you’re going to get a date is to get to know the person aim to be their friend first if you don’t get a date at least you have a friend so it’s a good way to think about it Jory Broughton a credential student at CSUB says it depends on the girl really some will let a guy know right away if she is seeing someone and if you’re truly interested in someone I want to know what their relationship status is just ask them and let’s see Roberto Palacio says if you want to ask someone out just go for it what’s the worst that can happen all she can do is say no and I feel like that one’s easier said than done like yeah it sounds easy but then you have to go talk to the person meet him face-to-face it could be kind of nerve-wracking and someone says let’s see a female student at CSUB who wish to remain anonymous says I’m not a fan of online dating for myself but I can see how it can be helpful for many it may just be a convenient option and somebody else had recently asked me about that like what do you think about online dating and I don’t know I feel like if you have to online date you might not have game you might not have the Riz like I feel like you don’t like online dating Marina no I do not trust online dating at all because meeting them yeah it’s you’re basically meeting a total stranger on the internet the same way if you’re a meeting someone on Instagram and Facebook because you did not and you did not meet that person in person yeah I mean not only is it dangerous like you get catfished yeah you can get catfished or you could possibly be targeted by some online predator exactly so I get I don’t like a scammer or a scammer yeah exactly good these people because people like that they use social media just hide to hide their identities and to trick people yeah I would not do and it’s also an online dating there’s like bot it’s also one of the gamers it’s also one of the reason why so many teenage girls hate became targeted by predators kind of toxic and I’ve heard of it working like I know some people that have met their like partner that they’re still with online I feel like that’s rare yeah that’s pretty that’s probably rare for some people when it comes to online dating but yeah I honestly think online dating should not be around it’s better to just meet that person in person then you can slowly work your way and becoming friends with that person and then you know take one step at a time into a possible relationship all right so they’re giving dating advice so if you had like one tip dating advice what would you tell someone that was looking for dating advice I honestly would probably just tell a person if there’s something you don’t feel is right with the guy or the girl that you’re going out on a first date with if you sense that there’s something wrong with that person I would just stick to your gut instinct yeah I agree yeah cuz I feel like people ask me sometimes for advice and I feel like when they tell me something it’s almost like they already know the feeling like they’re already like angry at the person or like irritated the person so it’s like if you’re already irritated or like something is like in your head you’re confused about like maybe that’s already a sign that like you should talk to the person about it that that might not really work out if I sense if I went on a date with a guy and I sensed how controlling and narcissistic he is I would immediately break it off and never speak to that guy again so you feel like that’s like the number one problem in dating is trying to find people that aren’t selfish people who end up and it also leads to people who end up becoming trapped in abusive relationships which is something I do not want to have to deal with I do not want to make that mistake yeah dating is a toxic feel see you like this is not encouraging like if someone’s like single trying to find someone to date on campus like all this stuff is not very encouraging like I don’t know what would be something encouraging that you could tell the person besides like avoid selfish people for well for me I never you know worried about dating or anything throughout my whole college education because I wanted to make school my number one priority I wanted to focus on you know finishing up school get my degree and then once I graduate I want I need to focus on getting the possible job with my degree after because after I get a job and stuff with my degree then that’s when I can start maybe possibly thinking about dating but that but I’m not too bad too much in it of a rush into it and besides while going to school I honestly don’t think I can commit to being in a relationship while going to school yeah true all right that is a I think that’s great advice like while you’re in school you should be really focusing on make like networking with people and trying to get your knowledge up you know that should probably not be the first thing on your mind and if it is like maybe you should but I’m not saying I had in the right headspace yeah but I’m not saying that no I’m not saying that you should just focus on school that like focus on school throughout your entire education process but no at least still go out and do some fun things try to go out and make some new friends and get in touch with people that you can stay in contact with so yeah cuz college is also all about making new friends mm-hmm so you’re just saying like balance your priorities yeah you need to yeah we’re college life you got a balance you need to have some balance in your life you know you need to balance time to do all your homework do all your studies but also make some time in your day to go do some free time or go hang out with some friends do the things that you love doing all right and that was the runner archive from 2014 November 5th and that will do it for today’s episode 11th episode of the runner on air it is November 5th 2024 elections day so if you haven’t go out there and vote and we will see the results next week it looks like America’s favorite game show the elections presidential elections I noticed to like on Robin Hood they have something now where you can like bet on who’s gonna win so it’s like you buy a certain can at a certain price and if they win you can cash out and if they lose you lose your money that was the first time I’ve seen that it was crazy I don’t know I don’t know if I ever heard of that yeah it’s pretty crazy times right now in America all right and that was a runner on air I’m your host Jay Cortes signing out and I am your co-host Marina Gonzalez signing out take care runners and see you on campus.
