Runner recipes: Blended rainbow vodka slush
December 27, 2020

While quality vodka over ice can satisfy a craving for a stiff drink, adding rainbow sherbet and sparkling beverages elevates the flavor to new heights. This rainbow vodka slush is perfect for social events; the pickiest drinkers in my household loved the sweet drink!
Ingredients:
5-6 large scoops of rainbow sherbet
6 ounces Sprite
6 ounces Clear American Mandarin Orange sparkling water

4 shots vodka of choice
2 shots Sweet Revenge
2-4 cups ice
Directions:
Place the scoops of sherbet in a blender, then add the liquid components. Blend the mixture for approximately ten seconds on medium-low.
Add ½ cup of the ice to the mixture, then blend it again until most of the ice has smoothly mixed with the other ingredients. Continue to gradually add the ice ½ cup at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Pour the desired amount of slush into glasses and serve!
