Once the ingredients have been whipped, it should begin to take on a golden hue, similar to that of a toasted marshmallow.

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp hot water

2 cups ice

2 cups milk; I recommend oat milk

Directions:

First, mix the instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a large bowl.

Using a whisk or electric mixer, whip the mixture together for 5 to 10 minutes. You will know the mixture is ready when soft peaks have formed, and the mixture has lightened to a shade of golden brown.

Lastly, pour two cups of ice into a tall glass and add your milk. Using a spoon or spatula add the frothy coffee mixture on top of the milk.

Your coffee is now ready to drink. Enjoy your own taste of this internet sensation!
