In todays episode of The Runner on Air, your host Eric Dean gives listeners their first insight on The Runner’s first edition magazine, known as Converge. With Dean, is advisor Jennifer Burger, Chelsea McDowell, Sam Underwood, and Sarah Rhodes. They converse about the new magazine including features, what to expect, and plans for future editions. In honor of this new journey, the magazine’s staff will be hosting a release party Tuesday, May 21st at Lengthwise in The Marketplace. The event will begin at 6:30p.m as everyone is welcomed to join. Lastly, Dean sits down with Chantel Stansberry who gives an insight on Licks of Love, a non-profit organization that works with CSUB students to provide teaching for younger children with empathy, compassion, and restorative justice through working with rehabilitated dogs.
